we organize almost the same. i have a big, black binder that zips AND has handles, AND has a built-in calculator which i love. but, i don't organize by category. i have 26 tabs (one for each letter of the alphabet) and i organize by brand instead of product. EX.- Herbal Essence coupon goes in the H for Herbal Essence instead of S for shampoo. This is probably more confusing but it's just how my brain works.

Then, I have an envelope, just regular mailing envelopes, for each store I shop in. I put potential coupons to redeem in those envelopes so that I'm prepared, along with my list, of course.

i've also been purchasing coupons on ebay! and, when i went to memphis this past weekend, i hit kroger up. i love that grocery! they had everything in stock and i went on the LAST day of the 2-week sale. i so wish we had one nearby. i love their free cottonelle toilet paper :)

I always hear not to buy it at the normal price--that people will wait in the grocery stores around here selling the subscriptions, but I've never been lucky enough to encounter one--until that day!!
